Activation: Bespoke Putting Course
Location: TPC Boston, Massachusetts
The Brief:
As a new event on the LPGA Tour first debuting in 2024, title sponsors FM were keen educate fans of their services as a property insurance company through activation to engage golf fans, including young kids and families.
The Process:
Our production & client services teams worked closely with the client to pinpoint key risks incurred by property insurance and in turn the challenges faced from these risks. Each of the holes highlighted a key risk through custom made props & obstacles, to really get fans thinking about some of the potential dangers that could impact properties.
The Result:
The Resilience Challenge: 9-hole bespoke putting course, where fans were greeted at the starters hut with putters, balls & scorecards before taking on the course!
Each hole defined an individual risk to property such as fires and flooding, with information at the start of each hole around these risks, to allow fans to understand the risk they were taking on with their putting skills!
The team thoroughly enjoyed project managing this event to help elevate and secure the event as a fan favourite on the LPGA Tour!
