Event: Nexo Dallas Open 2026

Activation: Fan Fest and Premium Hospitality Suite

Location: Ford Center at the Star, Dallas 



The Brief 

After delivering a successful Fan Fest in 2025, Provision Events were invited back with an expanded remit for 2026. The tournament asked the team to elevate the experience in two key areas: 

  • A larger, more interactive Fan Fest that combined sponsor visibility, gameplay, and digital engagement. 

  • A premium three-level hospitality suite that reflected the tournament’s growing status and delivered an impressive environment for VIPs, partners, and guests. 


Both activations needed to showcase scale, detail, craft, attendee reactions and the overall impact of the builds. 


The Process 

Fan Fest 

Provision delivered a 22,604 sq ft Fan Fest focused on high-energy interaction and sponsor integration. Key features included: 

  • Eight major sponsor activations with tailored branding 

  • Speed of Serve challenge encouraging repeat participation 

  • Multiball gameplay zone generating steady queues 

  • Nexo “Sign the Lens” video activation 

  • A Photo Op zone designed for branded content capture 

  • Merchandise zone, beer garden and multiple photo moments 

  • Full site branding, crowd-flow planning, and onsite management 


The Fan Fest welcomed an estimated 25,000 attendees across tournament week. 


Hospitality Suite 

Provision also designed, built, and managed a 16,145 sq ft, three-level hospitality environment, completed in just 36 hours. Key elements included:

  • Tiered viewing decks with expansive court views 

  • Premium lounges, bar areas, buffet stations, and chef-led food experiences 

  • A casino-themed entertainment area on the ground floor 

  • Branded feature walls, tennis-themed slat detailing, and curated finishes 

  • Full AV, lighting, and premium furniture installation 


Both builds carried a consistent visual identity and a connected visitor journey. 


The Result 

Fan Fest Outcomes

A multi-activity experience that significantly boosted dwell time and sponsor visibility. High engagement across gameplay and digital touchpoints, highlighted by: 

  • 813 Multiball games played 

  • Over 7 hours of cumulative Multiball playtime 

  • 294 fan videos captured through the Nexo “Sign the Lens” experience 

  • Speed of Serve drew consistent queues and strong repeat participation, contributing to overall dwell time 

  • Strong visual impact that generated organic content capture and social sharing by attendees 


Hospitality Outcomes 

  • A standout three-level build that elevated the perception and prestige of the event 

  • Positive feedback from VIPs, partners and guests 

  • A premium environment showcasing Provision Events' ability to deliver complex structures at speed and at scale
