An Insight Into Our Recent International Activation Work

It’s been a whirlwind of a summer so far for all our international teams, where this feat it set to continue as we head into July (already!). Let’s get down to the nitty gritty of the fantastic events we’ve delivered over the past few weeks.


ASICS – Dublin Women’s Mini Marathon


We put our magnificent 6x6 arch structure to good use in Dublin over the Jubilee weekend on behalf of ASICS. Housing two activations, fans at the event could take part in our fun trampoline photo opportunity or try out a range of ASICS trainers on our treadmills. We’ll also be delivering a bigger ASICS Blast Fan Zone next week for the London 10K on King Charles Island, as well as providing activations in their flagship store in Oxford Street.


Callaway Roadshow 2022 – Kick-off!


The first stop of our roadshow took us to Sweden for the Scandinavian Mixed, where our team then travelled a week later to the BMW International Open in Germany. Utilising our arch structure again, our ‘Take on a Pro’ Challenge follows on from our 2021 Callaway Roadshow. Fans can take on their chosen pro on our two golf simulators, to have a chance of winning a brand-new Callaway Rogue Driver! The branding looks immaculate, where PVE new recruits have done a brilliant job considering this was their first couple of events!


Our US Open Debut!


Our US team were very excited and honoured to be commissioned to deliver the USGA Museum Experience at this year’s US Open in Massachusetts. Using the ever-reliable beMatrix system, we created an interactive fan experience for fans to fully immerse themselves within 150 years of US Open history – all developed in house at Provision!


The Return of Gallagher Way


After a two-year absence at the event, the 2022 Premiership Rugby Final marked the comeback of the Gallagher Way Fan Zone at Twickenham Stadium. Our event structures have been in significant demand recently, where we used our impressive arch structures as the fan zone entrance, and to house some of our activations within. We welcomed over 4500 fans in just 3 hours, where it was a pleasure for our event team to see so much joy and laughter stem from the 6 activations we had on offer!

Summer is well and truly in full swing now, and all our teams are gearing up for a busy but mostly importantly, invigorating schedule! We’ll be activating at some of golf’s flagship events, alongside delivering fan experiences at new events too. More updates and visuals to follow soon…
