3M: Hospitality & The Swing Lab

The Brief:

For the 3^rd year running, we worked closely with 3M to continue their presence as title sponsors of the PGA Tour event through their hospitality and activation spaces at the tournament. The focus was to enhance the spectator experience through the open-to-all “The Swing Lab” and provide a space for 3M to host clients, suppliers, and employees in their thoughtfully designed suites. The goal was simple: "BIGGER AND BETTER" than 2024—which was no mean feat!

The Process:

With 3M becoming increasingly involved with the latest technology advances in various industries, it was important to ensure we included various touchpoints throughout all the spaces to promote and educate this to golf fans. We also evaluated and considered all the finer details to incorporate, to add extra value and even more of premium feel.

The Result:

The Swing Lab: An open-access space with club-in-hand experiences, spotlighting 3M products in golf, in partnership with TaylorMade and their new QI-35 driver and precision wedges and putters.

3M Corporate Hospitality Suite: A carefully curated experience for clients, suppliers, employees, and their families.

3M Lab: A dedicated area to showcase 3M technologies and product innovations to clients – all designed & created in house at PVE!

Entrance Structure: A visually impactful welcome point for fans and partners.

3M Partner Tents: Featuring collaborators like R.S. Hughes and the City of Blaine.

It was a pleasure for us to continue our long-standing relationship with the 3M team, where year upon year we have delivered bigger and better experiences, with fantastic results! The tournament allows us as event specialists to draw on our 20+ years of experience in the industry, to go above and beyond in delivering a wide range of touchpoints for fans, clients, suppliers & employees. We are incredibly proud of what our team achieved throughout the duration of this project, as we firmly set ourselves apart as full-service event specialists.
