The Brief:
Whoop appointed Provision Events to design and deliver a premium onsite activation for the DP World Tour Final 2025 in Dubai.
The goal was to create a futuristic and visually distinctive environment that aligned with Whoop’s brand identity, showcased the product in an engaging and educational way, and encouraged meaningful interaction with spectators. The activation also needed to provide shade and comfort for fans attending the event in Dubai’s intense heat.
The Process:
Provision Events designed and produced a custom-built structure that brought the Whoop brand to life through a modern and technical aesthetic.
Inside the structure, a sleek product display area was created to highlight the features of the Whoop device. Visitors could explore the technology in a premium environment supported by high quality branded interior finishes. To drive engagement and create a memorable experience, an immersive golf simulator was installed so fans could test their swing and explore performance insights that aligned with Whoop’s focus on data and optimisation.
Provision Events managed the full delivery including structural design, build, branding, installation, and onsite operations. The space was engineered not only for impact but also to provide welcome shade and comfort for visitors throughout the event.
The Result:
The Whoop activation was a standout feature at the DP World Tour Final and attracted strong attention from spectators throughout the week. Fans were drawn in by the futuristic look of the build, the interactive simulator, and the chance to explore the Whoop product in a premium setting. The shaded structure increased dwell time and created a comfortable environment that encouraged deeper engagement.
The activation successfully raised brand visibility and strengthened Whoop’s presence at a major global golf event.
