Nearly 22 years after Provision Events first began its journey, we’re proud to announce two new offices: a Scottish office in Edinburgh and a Canadian office in Ontario. These additions bring our global network to five international hubs, joining the UK (HQ), USA and Dubai.
This milestone reflects both our heritage and our ambition to keep growing across sport, events and experiential.
Honouring our roots while looking forward
Provision Events was founded in 2004 by PGA Professionals Nick Clemens and Konrad Brochocki, two childhood friends with a simple idea sparked by an inflatable golf net. What began as a small team touring the UK has evolved into a global agency delivering more than 1,000 fan experiences across multiple sports, supported by 30+ specialists in design, fabrication, logistics and strategy.
Nick reflects on those early days:
“To reflect on the past 20+ years fills me with enormous pride. We started the business in my parents’ office trying to sell a single inflatable golf net. From those beginnings, we’ve grown into a global sports activation agency, working with incredible clients at the world’s largest sporting events.
Today, we operate across the UK, USA, Canada and the UAE, supported by an inspiring, talented team who make everything possible. I may be biased but Provision Events is an awesome company, built by great people, working in a phenomenal industry. The journey has been extraordinary, and the future is even more exciting.”
— Nick Clemens, Co-founder
A meaningful move into Scotland: a homecoming for our team
Scotland has shaped Provision Events from the beginning, with many of our earliest activations and partnerships rooted in the home of golf. Opening a dedicated office in Edinburgh formalises something that already existed: a thriving Scottish presence led by two team members who know this landscape better than anyone.
Both Stuart Langlands and Angus Guthrie are Scottish, live in Edinburgh and have spent their careers immersed in sport.
Stuart shares: “So much of my work, my clients and my passion have always been rooted in golf. Opening an office here feels incredibly natural for us. Scotland is where the game began, and it’s where a large part of our industry relationships sit. I’m proud that Provision Events now has a permanent base here.”
— Stuart Langlands, Senior Business Development Manager
Angus adds: “After spending a couple of years working in the Middle East with Provision, returning to Scotland feels like the right next step. Bringing our sales function together in Edinburgh makes us more connected, more responsive and better placed to support partners. Scotland remains a major hub for brands, rights holders and agencies in golf, and having a dedicated office here strengthens our ability to deliver at the highest level.”
— Angus Guthrie, Senior Business Development Manager
The Scottish office will act as a central hub for sales, strategy and partnership growth within one of the world’s most influential golf markets.
Canada: building on an already strong North American foundation
Our North American footprint is already well established. From our Jacksonville office and warehouse, Provision Events delivers large-scale builds, complex logistics and a year-round calendar of major fan-engagement projects. It’s a region where we’ve built deep relationships and delivered some of our most ambitious work to date.
Canada has become an increasingly important part of that growth. Each year, we deliver more activations across the country, and the demand for high-quality experiential programmes continues to rise. To support this momentum, we have now established Provision Events Corp., a dedicated Canadian entity created to serve the market directly.
Konrad explains why now is the right moment: “We are delighted to be opening our new Canadian North America office.
This will enable us to strengthen our already strong relationships in Canada and importantly give us a better springboard to scale up and reach out to new clients in this territory.
Overall we can now look forward to growing our offerings across the whole of North America alongside our existing HQ in Jacksonville NC.”
— Konrad Brochocki, Co-founder
By forming Provision Events Corp., we can operate as a Canadian business within Canada. This strengthens local partnerships, streamlines delivery and enables faster, more efficient project management. This new entity reinforces our long-term commitment to North America and ensures we can support partners with the same agility and quality our global network is known for.
Leadership perspective: strengthening our global structure
Matt, Managing Director, comments: “This move is about positioning ourselves for the future. With new offices in Scotland and Canada, we’re strengthening our global infrastructure and creating the capacity to support even more partners, projects and innovations."
— Matt Lomasney, Managing Director
Gary adds: “Provision has always been built on agility, creativity and world-class delivery. Expanding our office network ensures we maintain that standard as we grow. These new hubs give our teams the foundation to collaborate, scale and continue delivering exceptional fan experiences worldwide.”
— Gary Whelan, Managing Director
