Client: Tennis Canada Event: National Bank Open Location: Montreal (Men’s) & Toronto (Women’s), Canada Activation: Fan Zone

The Brief

For the 2026 National Bank Open, Tennis Canada appointed Provision Events to deliver fan zones across both tournament locations in Montreal and Toronto.

With the men’s tournament taking place in Montreal and the women’s tournament in Toronto, the brief required Provision Events to deliver two fan experiences at the same time, maintaining a consistent standard of production, branding and fan engagement across both locations.

The Process Provision Events managed the production, fabrication, print, build and breakdown of the fan zone elements across both locations, coordinating the two sites as one connected project.

In Montreal, the team delivered Speed of Serve, Impossible Shot, Drop Shot and Knock ’em Down activations.

In Toronto, the fan zone featured Speed of Serve, Knock ’em Down and Impossible Shot, alongside an 8m Ball Crew Challenge. The Toronto activations incorporated branded truss structures, while the Montreal activations were delivered without truss structures.

From artwork guides and print production through to logistics, engineering and onsite delivery, every element was planned around the individual requirements of each location.

With both events running simultaneously, Provision Events deployed dedicated teams across Toronto and Montreal to manage the fan zones throughout the live event period, ensuring both locations received the same level of onsite support and attention to detail.

The Results Provision Events successfully delivered two fan zones across two Canadian cities at the same time, bringing a range of interactive tennis experiences to fans at the 2026 National Bank Open.

The project was delivered end-to-end across both locations, covering production, installation, live event support and breakdown.

A coordinated delivery across Montreal and Toronto, creating engaging fan experiences for Tennis Canada at one of the biggest events in the Canadian tennis calendar.
