The Provision family is growing! We are excited to share that we have recruited four new event managers to join our team for what is set to be our busiest year yet! The last year has seen Provision grow immensely with expansion of our service offerings, resulting in more demand for our activation proficiencies. Our new event managers have certainly joined us at an exciting time for the company! So what's been happening at Provision HQ and where are our team heading?
Preparation is key, especially in the events world. For the last few weeks, we have been busy testing out our tech and kit to ensure we are ready for the start of a VERY busy period! We have also taken the opportunity to train all new members of the team before they embark on our global events schedule. This week’s training includes health and safety covering build processes, best practices on site and PPE. Our production managers also provided both existing and news members of the team tutorials on how to build with beMatrix, truss and our arch structures. We turned our office car park into a mini golf fan zone which of course, everyone had to try out for quality control measures!
We are on a mission to drive sustainability more within our activation services. Towards the end of the year, we will be introducing sustainability workshops as part of our employee training. With support from our soon to be sustainability partners Geo Foundation, our workshops will focus on implementing sustainable practices within our production and live event management operations.
We’ll be activating at some of sports major global events covering rugby, golf, cricket, running and even SPACE! We’ll also be taking full advantage of our partnerships with BatFast, beMatrix and Royal Tent as we activate across various European destinations and across the US. We will be welcoming thousands of fans all over the world through our fan zones, roadshows, and exhibitions. Whilst we cannot disclose all the juicy details of what we’ll be up to, we will be regularly sharing across our socials channels so keep an eye out!
