The Brief

Genesco Sports Enterprises approached Provision Events to create an engaging BMW Fan Zone at the Delray Beach Open 2026.

 

The goal was to elevate BMW’s courtside presence with a premium, interactive experience that would attract tennis fans, generate meaningful engagement, and highlight key BMW models on site. The activation needed to feel energetic, modern and seamlessly integrated with the excitement of the tournament.

 

The Process

Provision Events, based close by in Jacksonville, designed and delivered a full fan-focused activation that showcased the BMW brand through immersive, high-quality touchpoints.


The space included:

• A premium BMW-branded photo opportunity

• A high-energy Speed of Serve challenge to tap into the spirit of competition

• A crowd-favourite racing simulator to align with BMW’s performance heritage

• Two BMW vehicles positioned for close interaction, allowing guests to explore interiors and speak with product experts


Working closely with Genesco Sports Enterprises, our team handled concept development, production, logistics and on-site delivery, ensuring the experience remained polished, safe and engaging throughout the tournament.

 

The Result

The BMW Fan Zone became a standout destination for fans at the Delray Beach Open. Thousands of spectators passed through the space, spending time engaging with the challenges, taking branded photos and exploring the vehicles. The interactive mix delivered high dwell time and strong brand recall, helping BMW build meaningful connections with event attendees.


Key performance stats included:

• Approximately 60,000+ total tournament attendance (event-wide)

• 2,616 fans engaged with the BMW Skills Zone Photo Opportunity with 1,277 photos captured across the activation, and 1,199 total social shares

• Average participant age: 39, with 55% female / 45% male demographic split


This activation further showcased Provision Events USA’s ability to deliver premium, scalable experiences for global brands, all while operating in our home state of Florida.
