In-person brand experiences have never been more important, yet the path from creative idea to real-world execution is often full of unnecessary complexity. Too many projects move through disconnected teams, scattered suppliers and fragmented reporting systems. The result can be rising costs, inconsistent quality and reduced impact.

To solve this, Provision Events has launched PVE Live, a dedicated division built around a simple three-pillar model: Create, Realise, and Measure. It brings together two decades of experiential expertise into one streamlined, end-to-end solution designed specifically for brands that want more clarity, more consistency and more measurable value from their live activations.

Why we created PVE Live

Over the last twenty years, our team has delivered thousands of live brand experiences world-wide but have seen the same challenge appear again and again. Brands often have strong ideas and ambitious plans, but the delivery process is complicated by external suppliers, unclear ownership and a lack of integration across planning, production and measurement.

PVE Live was created to fix this. Instead of managing multiple partners or switching between agencies, brands can now work with one specialist division that controls every stage of the journey in-house. This reduces friction, increases reliability and gives teams a single point of accountability from concept through to reporting.

Why planning, delivery and reporting must work together

Experiential marketing is at its strongest when the creative idea, the practical build and the measurement framework are connected from day one. When these areas sit independently, brands often face three common problems:

  1. Creative ideas that are not buildable at scale Without production insight at the planning stage, ideas can be difficult or costly to realise.

  2. Production decisions that do not support the intended audience experience Delivery teams may do their best with what they are given, but if the original intent is not communicated clearly, the final output can feel off-brief.

  3. Measurement that only reports what happened, not why When reporting is an afterthought, brands get limited insight and can’t confidently optimise future campaigns.

By bringing these areas together, brands gain visibility, strategic alignment and live feedback throughout the lifecycle of the project.

How 'Create, Realise and Measure' reduce risk for brands

Our three-pillar model gives brands a structured approach to planning and delivering experiential campaigns with clarity and confidence.

Create: Strategic development, creative direction, technical design and all early-stage planning. By involving production, experience design and measurement teams at this stage, we ensure ideas are achievable, accurate and aligned with the intended brand outcome.

Realise: Full in-house production, fabrication, logistics and live delivery. This includes staffing, installation, daily management and breakdown. Because everything is handled internally, brands benefit from consistent quality control, faster decision making and reduced operational risk.

Measure: Real-time monitoring, data capture, stakeholder reporting and post-event performance analysis. Measurement is integrated throughout the planning process so brands can see not only what happened, but why it happened and how to improve next time.

Together, these pillars create a more reliable and more measurable approach to experiential marketing. Brands get transparency, accountability and a smoother operational process that removes unnecessary risk.

A more effective way to deliver experiential marketing

Brand experience is powerful when executed well, but power comes from alignment. PVE Live has been designed to bring strategy, creativity, production and reporting under one roof, giving brands a simpler, stronger and more measurable way to plan and deliver live experiences.
